*About Shipping Fees and Cancellation Charges*
!!All shipping fees do not include insurance. Claim depends on declared value and is subject to carriers. If insurance required, please tell in advance by email info@mikadoasia.com, separate demand note/ payment request will be sent to you.!!
1. When the system finds no suitable shipping methods, it will show in cents, like 0.01, 0.02 or so. Please feel free to checkout and we will help to contact you for some shipping rates suggestions.
2. Shipment by couriers like Fedex, UPS, Vantage courier, Vantage packet , SF-Express or others, they charge at volume rate, extra shipping fees may be required. Separate email for the extra funds required will be sent after order placement.
3. For products containing BATTERY inside the device, only particular carrier (like Fedex) can ship so far. However, siturations may change from time to time. We will help to choose the appropriate courier if available.
4. Batteries alone are NOT allowed to ship by POST, NOR COURIERS. Owing to uncertainty of shipment method, this item is only in limited quantity and supply for Hong Kong walk-in customers. Sorry for any inconvenience.
5. If there is no suitable shipping choices for you, please feel free to contact us by email info@mikadoasia.com and we will be happy to help.
6. Additional shipping fees will be required when goods need to be arranged from China warehouse. We will email to you after receiving your order.
7. If customer wants to cancel the order, we are pleased to help to refund after deducting any charges (about 6%) incurred and charged by the eshop platform or payment platform.
