TelMe connects
With many major radio manufacturer offering telemetry systems, KONTRONIK DRIVES is now connected. ESCs having a modul port are designed with an integrated interface for telemetry. Simply connect the TelMe interface into one of the module ports on the ESC and you will automatically receive important logging data on your transmitter.
TelMe allows the interference-free transportation of telemery signals from the ESC to the transmitter. The ESC recognizes automatically which module is connected.
For example, this data is generated:
- Motor current
- Battery voltage
- Used capacity of the battery
- Temperature of the power board
- BEC current (when ESC has an internal BEC current mesurement)
- BEC temperature
- PWM %
- Motor RPM, eg. rotor RPM
TelMe Futaba
The TelMe module is the interface between a KOTRONIK ESC with module port and a Futaba receiver prepared for telemetry. TelMe is recognized automatically by the ESC and the correct data stream is started.
Generally it's necessary that the transmitter uses FASSTest communication.
Be sure that you update your Futaba transmitter, ProgUNIT / ProgDISC and ESC to the newest software.
